This translation is for convenience. The German version is binding.

Heinz Schiebel offers courses, seminars, workshops, individual sessions and retreats under his own name. By registering for or booking an offer, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Amendments or side agreements are only valid if I confirm them in writing. They apply to the individual case concerned.

Details of the offers — program, location, duration, fee — are given in the respective announcements or seminar offers.

1. General

These terms cover all offers and services by Heinz Schiebel, regardless of place, time and duration. Different arrangements are only valid if they are recorded in the respective contract.

On this website I offer paid services in personal and spiritual development as well as web design and guidance. The conditions available on this website apply to all services. I may change the offer or discontinue individual services at any time.

I distinguish between digital products (PDF, audio, video, digital subscriptions, online courses) and non-digital products (workshops, offline sessions, therapies, mentoring, trainings, Webdesign hours).

2. Digital products and online courses

Passing on digital products or giving access data to people outside your household is not permitted. Unauthorized sharing counts as data misuse. In such cases I charge the full price of the product concerned for the extent of the sharing and block access without compensation.

Buying digital products does not transfer any rights to reproduce or publish them. Reproduction and publication are not permitted and infringe copyright.

Access to purchased online products applies for the agreed term (minimum: the length of the payment plan). Any extension beyond the term is a bonus, not an entitlement, and can be withdrawn at any time. There is no right to access for a term longer than one year.

3. Non-digital products

Tickets for workshops, events, therapies and talks can be bought through the shop on this website. Purchased tickets are subject to the cancellation terms in section 5. Webdesign hours can also be purchased through the shop on this website. They are subject to the price and payment terms in section 4, the terms in section 5 (Webdesign) and the right of withdrawal in section 7.

4. Prices and payment terms

I offer several payment methods:

• Credit card (Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa, American Express), charged during checkout or via the stored user account.
• Bank transfer, Bancontact or KBC/CBC (Belgium).
• Payment in installments, where offered, for two months or longer, only by credit card. Access to online products remains open as long as the installments are paid. With the purchase, the full course price is payable.
• Reincarnation therapy weeks: Deposit due on booking. Balance due four weeks before the start. If you register within four weeks of the start, the full amount is due immediately.

If an agreed installment is not paid, you will receive a reminder with a further deadline. If that deadline passes without payment, the installment plan ends and the entire outstanding amount becomes due immediately.

You bear any bank charges for the payment yourself. You make sure that the full purchase price reaches my account. You are only entitled to the booked service once payment is complete.

All stated prices for Webdesign hours are net prices, plus statutory VAT. For consumers, the statutory VAT is calculated at the rate that applies to them and shown before ordering, on the product page and in the checkout. For businesses established in another EU member state who provide a valid VAT identification number at checkout, the invoice is issued without Belgian VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism (the customer accounts for VAT: Articles 44 and 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC; Article 21 §2 and Article 51 §2(1) of the Belgian VAT Code). For businesses established outside the European Union, the place of supply is outside Belgium; the invoice is issued without Belgian VAT (Article 44 of Directive 2006/112/EC).

Full payment for workshops and trainings is due by the payment date on the invoice. Non-payment by that date counts as a cancellation, with costs as set out in section 5.

5. Cancellation terms

Online courses paid in installments: With the booking and the first installment, the entire course is booked bindingly. No right of withdrawal. (For consumers, section 7 applies.) All agreed installments must be paid.

Individual sessions and agreed packages (mentoring, sessions):

Appointments for personal sessions can only be booked through the shop on this website. After booking, you receive a confirmation by email with a link to change or cancel the appointment. The link applies only to the appointment itself, not to the session: the session remains binding and must be rebooked for a new date.

Bookings may only be made by the person attending the appointment — with the help of a third person if needed. That person is responsible for entering their details correctly. Booking appointments for other people is not permitted.

Messages sent to the email address given when booking are deemed legally delivered.

Sessions can be rebooked up to 48 hours before the start. After that, the full amount is due, including if you do not attend.

Purchased sessions become binding when the first installment or the full payment is received.

I may cancel appointments at any time without giving a reason. In that case you are entitled to a replacement appointment.

Arriving late does not entitle you to an extension of the session.

Zoom sessions may be recorded locally by you. I accept no liability for faulty recordings.

If I cancel, you are not entitled to reimbursement of additional costs or to damages.

Reincarnation therapy weeks, offline trainings, workshops and retreats:

• If you cancel up to two months before the start, only the registration fee (400 euros) is charged as a cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within the last two months before the start, 50 percent of the total amount is due.
• If you cancel four weeks or less before the start, the entire participation fee is due. You may send a replacement participant if you find one.

Workshop bookings become binding when the order is completed. No right of withdrawal.

Webdesign:

Webdesign hours (purchased through the shop): Purchased hours are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. Unused hours expire without replacement after this period. A refund of hours already paid for is excluded — subject to the right of withdrawal in section 7 for consumers. Businesses have no right of withdrawal; for them the exclusion of refunds applies from the date of purchase.

Form: I only accept cancellations in writing by email. I confirm them in writing.

If you cannot attend, you may send a replacement participant. The replacement must be registered in writing, stating surname, first name, email address and phone number.

I reserve the right to cancel workshops, further trainings, trainings or reincarnation therapy weeks at short notice in case of illness or unforeseeable events. If an event is cancelled, amounts already paid will be refunded in full. Further claims, in particular for interest, damages or reimbursement of travel and hotel costs, are excluded.

6. Right of use

My services are generally open to anyone interested. There is no legal entitlement to use them. If a service has particular requirements, these must be met. I reserve the right to turn down interested people without giving reasons, or to terminate the contract afterwards if participation requirements are not met.

7. Right of withdrawal (digital products and Webdesign hours booked through the shop)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

This right of withdrawal applies to consumers within the meaning of Belgian law (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession). Businesses have no right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform me (Heinz Schiebel, Edelstraße 2a, 4700 Eupen, Belgium, phone +32 491 756 994, email heinz.schiebel92@gmail.com) of your decision by a clear statement (letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form in the appendix for this, but do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice in time.

If you want me to start providing your purchased Webdesign hours before the withdrawal period ends, you must expressly request this; you do so with the optional checkbox in the checkout. In doing so, you also confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once I have fully provided the booked hours. If you withdraw after provision has started at your express request, you owe me the amount corresponding to the part of the hours already provided up to the time of withdrawal; I will refund any amount above that under the rules below.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, I will refund all payments without delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. I will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

8. Conditions of participation

• Requirements: By registering, you declare that you are physically healthy and mentally stable and able to meet the physical and mental demands. My offers are not therapy and do not replace conventional medical treatment. They are meant as a complement. If in doubt, consult a doctor.
• Participation: You are invited to take part regularly and constructively. Absences or dropping out are your responsibility and do not entitle you to a refund.
• Arrival: Please arrive on time. Entry is only possible until the course begins. There is no entitlement to later entry or to joining a session already in progress.

9. Liability

My liability for personal injury, financial loss and property damage is limited to intent and gross negligence. I am not liable for the consequences of exercises carried out improperly. No liability is accepted for the loss of clothing, valuables or money brought along. You use my services at your own risk. By registering, you declare that you have personal liability and accident insurance.

I provide my services professionally and in line with the principles of proper performance. I cannot guarantee that the information provided is up to date, correct, complete or of a particular quality. Liability claims for material or non-material damage caused by using or not using the information are excluded, unless intentional or grossly negligent fault on my part can be proven.

You are responsible for yourself and your actions within and outside my offers.

10. State of health

You confirm that you do not have a contagious disease and that there are no medical reasons against doing the activities. You tell me before the start about chronic illnesses, conditions of the musculoskeletal system and other physical or mental conditions that could affect how you take part. You also tell me before the start if you are pregnant.

11. Confidentiality and data protection

I collect, store and process personal and company-related customer data in accordance with data protection law (GDPR). I do not pass it on to third parties. I treat confidential information I learn in our work together as strictly confidential.

Your data may only be used to send newsletters about new offers with your express consent.

12. Final provisions

There are no side agreements. Changes must be made in writing. Errors, including printing and calculation errors, may be corrected.

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected (severability clause). The invalid provision is replaced by another appropriate provision that comes closest to the economic meaning and purpose of the original provision.

13. Copyright

Materials, videos and presentations are protected by copyright. Reproduction, passing them on to third parties or any other use beyond personal information requires my prior written consent.

14. Photos and videos

I may take photos or videos during my events. By booking, you agree to these terms. Recordings may be used for promotional purposes. I hold the rights to the recordings.

15. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Belgian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the competent judicial district of Eupen.
